I got my glasses today and have to get use to the progressive lens. My head has to move until I am at the proper angle. I guess my eyes will just have to get use to it.
When Joni was gone for 8 days we had another "Mom appreciation week" in Bakersfield. My older children probably remember "Mom appreciation week" when Joni would take off for Women's conference every year. She hasn't gone to that lately. though.
It was good seeing everyone at the reunion. It is still 100 degrees here in Bakersfield this week. We planted a fall garden and will probably have to weed it tomorrow.
Last Saturday, I worked on trimming the lemon tree and getting all the bad branches out.
